How to sign-up?

We have to charge a fee of 35€ from the participants to cover the expenses renting the cottage, sauna, food and the firewood we're inevitably going to use for heating the cottage and sauna and burning campfires. True, Finland is the land of forests but even here wood doesn't come for free - and random cutting down trees is surely not allowed. Basic food includes into this fee. Anyway, if you want to have candy, beverages, beer or anything like that you have to by your own. (And remember there is no refrigerator or deep freezer in the cottage, and no shops for 100 km)' the shops part might get some people be more aware of the place :-)

Your registration will be valid only after you pay the participation fee. If you cancel your participation before May 1st the fee will be refunded. After that date the fee is nonrefundable, it means that after May 1st the money will not be payed back. And the exception to enforce the rule; if we have the camp full and someone from the waiting list comes and pays instead.

Registering is possible only for a member of the HospitalityClub or the CouchSurfing.com.
If a member wants to have a nonmember friend with him/her:

• The member is responsible of the nonmember and will be doing the registration etc for him/her
• We highly recommend that the friend registers with either HC or CS before attending the camp
  

Here are the few simple steps you need to follow to sign-up for the camp:

1) Type a registration e-mail

In a couple of days you will be sent information how to proceed the registration by paying the registration fee.

2) Payment

After you have paid the registration fee, we will submit you with username and password for the Lapland 2007 Intranet which will give you access to the detailed information about the location, maps, how to reach the place etc.

3) You are in ;)
